Recently, I have noticed that several users on the website do not have their ranks. To obtain your rank on the website, you must verify that you own your Minecraft account. This is to prevent others from simply using your username to obtain your rank on the website.

To verify your Minecraft account head over to your profile by hovering over your username on the top right of the webpage. Then, click on account, which will direct you to your account overview. From there, click connections. You will see that your Minecraft account will be pending verification. 

From there, click the verify button, which will give you a command containing your verification code. Do not share this code with anyone. After obtaining your verification code, you can sync your rank by running the command /verify on the server.
